Our officer team is made up of seven highly motivated members of the Texas A&M Men's Water Polo team who were elected to fill their current role. Each one has their own tasks and responsibilities that help the team succeed in and out of the pool.
Manages the board and external communications.
Xander has been with the team for four years and is passionate about building a strong community both in and out of the pool. He’s the go-to for strategy talks and post-game celebrations.
Organizes trips/events and supports officers.
Mason ensures every away game runs smoothly and is known for his meticulous planning. When he’s not organizing, you’ll find him mentoring new players and keeping team morale high.
Manages YouTube Livestream, Website, and Flywire Estore.
Jane is the tech wizard behind the scenes, ensuring the team’s online presence is professional and engaging. She loves blending creativity with functionality to tell the team’s story.
Manages team finances, refunds, and check requests.
Parker keeps the team’s budget balanced and fundraising efforts on track. His attention to detail ensures every dollar is used to strengthen the program.
Runs social media, events, and weekly emails.
Nick brings the fun, organizing events that keep the team connected and energized. His creative social media posts capture the spirit of Aggie Water Polo.
Leads fundraisers, sponsorships, and merch.
Ryan is always looking for innovative ways to support the team financially. His energy and networking skills have brought in key sponsorships and partnerships.

Our coaching staff provides the vision, structure, and expertise that drive Texas A&M Men's Water Polo forward. From designing practice plans and developing players’ skills to making strategic game‑time decisions, they ensure the team is prepared, competitive, and united both in and out of the pool.
Oversees practices, player development, game strategy, and team selection.
Alessandro has been immersed in water polo for nearly a decade, competing with Del Mar WPC and Shores Water Polo in San Diego. At Canyon Crest Academy, he played three seasons of varsity water polo, capturing a Division 1 CIF Championship his senior year and earning All‑Division 1 honors. After high school, he transitioned into coaching at La Jolla United, guiding boys’ and girls’ teams at the 10U, 12U, and 14U levels. Now a Marketing & Sales major at Mays Business School, Alessandro brings both competitive experience and a passion for mentorship to the Aggie program.
